The Patient Portal is an easy way to get in touch with your healthcare team.

It is a secure, internet application that allows you to:

  • Send a message to your provider and care team

  • Renew your prescriptions

  • Look up information about health topics

  • Get medical information, Glacier CHC updates and educational materials

Sometimes, it isn’t convenient to call your provider. Other times, you may have a non-urgent question and think an appointment isn’t needed. With the Patient Portal, you can send a message to your healthcare team any time that is good for you. We will answer within two business days.

Glacier CHC has worked with eClinicalWorks who has in turn made significant investments to secure your health information. Meeting all regulatory requirements for security, data on the Patient Portal is coded to be 100% protected.

For patients who have established care at Glacier CHC and/or Glacier Dental Clinic:

A staff member will enroll you – call us or come in. We will give you a user name and password. 

Then, you can login to the web page directly.

For patients under the age of 18:

  • All children should registered through the Patient Portal.

  • IMPORTANT: Please enter your child’s name when creating the account. 

  • A separate account needs to be created for each child. 

Enter the following:

Your email address

Child’s home address and primary phone number

Child’s birth date

Emergency contact person with name and home phone (this can be you)

For patients who are new to Glacier Community Health Center or Glacier Dental Clinic:

You can go directly to the webpage or click this button:

Click on “Pre-Register” and fill out some basic information about yourself, including your emergency contact person on the second page.
